Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a Recover@Work Partner to manage a diverse Workers Compensation caseload and provide expert guidance to leaders. You’ll apply injury management and RTW knowledge to resolve claims, support our people, and uphold our values in a large, purpose‑led organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in injury management and workers compensation management.
• Strong NSW scheme knowledge.
• Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification - or willing to obtain.
• Desirable - tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health & Safety.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the centre of what you do.
• Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements.
• Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing in

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers compensation matters across the lifecycle of a claim with end-to-end case management.
• Provide trusted advice to leaders and team members to drive fair, consistent outcomes.
• Utilise injury management and RTW knowledge to move WC claims toward resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to balance perspectives and build trust-based relationships.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture within a national Recover@Work team.
