Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Recover@Work Partner in Alexandria, NSW to manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters and provide expert advice to leaders and teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end case management, injury management, and RTW knowledge to drive fair resolutions.

You will work with a national Recover@Work team, balancing stakeholder needs while contributing to a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on child safety and staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in injury management and workers compensation management.
• Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
• Desirable – tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health & Safety.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset with high accuracy.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing in

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters across the lifecycle of a claim.
• Provide end-to-end case management and trusted advice to leaders and team members.
• Drive claims to a resolution by applying injury management and RTW knowledge.
