• Experience or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, social work, vocational counselling or allied health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong time management, organisation and a strategic approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support RTW and recovery strategies with stakeholders and claims teams.
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual RTW conferences and claim reviews.
• Provide education on injury management and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and Vocational Rehabilitation Providers to support return-to-work outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for rehabilitation and vocational supports.
• Influence and coach teams on best practice in claims management.
