Job summary

Woolworths Group in Australia is seeking an Injury Care Partner based at Hoxton Park Distribution Center to guide team members through recovery and return-to-work processes. You will manage a RTW portfolio, coordinate with Line Leaders, a TPA and healthcare providers, and deliver early intervention and claims support across facility operations.

You’ll work on face-to-face engagement, own your portfolio, and collaborate with other BUs to achieve positive outcomes while upholding legislative

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in workers’ compensation and injury management, end-to-end claims.
• Allied health qualifications (OT, EP, Physio) highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of return-to-work and rehabilitation best practices.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Experience coordinating with Line Leaders, TPA and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Guide Team Members through recovery with best-practice injury management and return-to-work plans.
• Own your portfolio and caseload including early intervention and workers’ compensation claims.
• Collaborate with Line Leaders, TPA and healthcare providers to drive RTW outcomes.
• Support Hoxton Park DC and other BUs as needed.
• Provide training and mentoring to operational teams on injury management and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports aligning with metrics and performance.
