Job summary

East Coast Getaways on the Central Coast is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, manage bookings and coordinate property information.

You’ll handle phone and email inquiries, assist with check-ins, update listings and create social media content while delivering five-star service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and a welcoming manner.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage competing tasks and stay calm in busy periods.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems.
• Enjoys social media and has a creative eye for content.
• Experience in reception, hospitality, tourism or property management would be an advantage.
