Job summary

Hornsby RSL Club in New South Wales is seeking friendly hospitality staff to welcome members and guests, manage entry requirements, process memberships, renewals and inquiries, and provide information on facilities, events and services. You will answer calls and help guests navigate the Club.

In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service on the gaming floor, build positive relationships with members, and support multi-department operations.
