Job summary

Canterbury League Club is seeking a Gaming Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Gaming operations in a welcoming environment. You will work across multiple areas of the Gaming floor, serving patrons and assisting with inquiries to promote facilities, promotions, and activities.

Tools include maintaining cleanliness and presentation of Gaming service areas while ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and RC G requirements.

Qualifications

• Has a warm, outgoing personality and enjoys engaging with people.
• Is confident building rapport with members and guests.
• Is resilient and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Can have a laugh, enjoy workplace banter and reads the room.
• Remains positive and composed in a busy environment.
• Has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with taking orders and serving patrons to support the smooth operation of the Gaming floor.
• Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional, friendly, and personalised service.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and a commitment to Canterbury's values.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all Gaming service areas.
