Canterbury League Club in Sydney is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to deliver exceptional service across the Gaming floor. You will engage with members and guests, take orders, serve, and uphold Responsible Conduct of Gambling standards in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Reads the room and maintains a positive, composed demeanor in busy environments.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
• Available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with taking orders and serving patrons on the Gaming floor.
• Respond to patron enquiries with accurate information about facilities, promotions and activities.
• Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, club policies and RCG requirements.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests through professional, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Gaming service areas.

The Opportunity

As our Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Gaming operations. This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the Gaming floor. Through your friendly, professional, and attentive approach, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment where every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with taking orders and serving our patrons to support the smooth operation of the Gaming floor.
• Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional, friendly, and personalised service.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and a commitment to Canterbury's values.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all Gaming service areas.

• Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
