Job summary

Canterbury League Club is seeking a Club Attendant to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Gaming operations. You will work across multiple areas with a friendly, professional approach to create a welcoming environment where interactions reflect quality and care.

Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of service areas, informing patrons about facilities and promotions, and ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and RCG requirements.

Qualifications

• A high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous club experience preferred but not essential.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all service areas.
• Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional, friendly, and personalised service.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and Canterbury's values.
