Job summary

Hornsby RSL Club in New South Wales is seeking friendly hospitality staff to welcome members and guests, manage entry requirements, process memberships, renewals and inquiries, and provide information on facilities, events and services. You will answer calls and help guests navigate the Club.

In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service on the gaming floor, build positive relationships with members, and support multi-department operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Process member and visitor entry requirements.
• Handle membership applications, renewals, and account enquiries.
• Answer incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide information about Club facilities, events, promotions, and services.
• Assist guests with general enquiries and wayfinding throughout the Club.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the gaming floor.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
• Assist with gaming machine enquiries and Club promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment.
