Bankstown Sports Club is a leading hospitality and entertainment venue in South West Sydney, offering casual Gaming Attendant roles with pathways across Host, Tray Service, Cashier, Treasury and Premium Guest Host. We provide cross-training and career growth within a dynamic team.

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding service on a busy gaming floor, ensure a welcoming and safe environment, and support club promotions and events with flexible hours to suit a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Build positive relationships and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist patrons with gaming enquiries and venue information.
• Ensure gaming areas are clean, safe and well-presented at all times.
• Promote responsible gambling practices and comply with all gaming regulations.
• Adhere to RSA and RCG requirements and policies.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support club promotions, jackpots, events and member activities.
• Work collaboratively with Gaming, Treasury, Hospitality and Operations teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities across multiple departments.

With one of the largest gaming operations in South West Sydney, our Gaming team is at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is more than just a Gaming Attendant role. We're currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team. While these are casual positions, successful candidates can expect regular, consistent hours equivalent to part-time or full-time employment.

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. Working within our dynamic gaming floor, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of the region's busiest gaming venues.

About You

You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. Whether you have previous gaming experience or are looking to start a long-term hospitality career, we want to hear from you.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• A genuine passion for customer service RSA and RCG Competency Cards or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• A responsible approach to compliance and workplace safety
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous gaming, hospitality, customer service or cash handling experience is highly regarded but not essential.
