Job summary

RecruitShop is helping a client in Australia recruit a Reception & Customer Service Team Member for their Dandenong base. You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers and visitors, handling calls, emails and in person visits to ensure a smooth office operation.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
• Assisting the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems
• Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving
• Supporting the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed

About The Opportunity
