Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a Reception and Customer Service Team Member in the Greater Dandenong region to be the friendly first point of contact, ensuring a smooth daily office operation.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, support the customer service team, maintain records in MS Office, and contribute to a supportive, family-friendly team culture. The role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus super, with opportunities for training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person.
• Assist the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Maintain accurate records and day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving.
• Support the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to be the friendly first point of contact for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
