Your new role:

This is a full time permanent role Monday to Friday.

You would be working in a team of 4 Customer Service operators and amongst a larger team of roughly 60 people in NSW.

Your new role will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and by email
• Entering orders
• Obtain quotes and book transport
• Provide follow up and customer service for any outstanding orders
• Filing of orders and invoices
• Generating monthly reports
