Job summary

Diamond Carpet Cleaning in Rockhampton region is looking for a hands-on team lead to manage a small crew on-site and ensure high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning for clients. You will work with clients, set clear expectations, and support the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks.

No experience is strictly required; however, reliability, a proactive attitude and strong communication will help you grow with this well-established local business that values exceptional client experience and

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on off-site jobs and deliver results to a high standard.
• Work independently from time to time.
• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Set clear expectations with clients on site, or by phone, email or text when they aren't home.
• Follow our Moments of Truth process on every job.
• Complete 100% of cleaning steps, checklists, WHS and paperwork accurately and on time, without direction.
• Work efficiently to hit hourly production targets, individually and as a team.

You're mechanically minded. You notice when equipment isn't running right, can troubleshoot on the spot, and look after your gear so it performs at its best.

You're confident leading a small team on site, setting clear expectations with clients before you start and communicating professionally throughout. You're honest, punctual and hardworking, and keen to build both practical and technical knowledge of the industry.

THE ROLE

Your role will include, but is not limited to:
