Job summary

Berwick Podiatry Group in Berwick, VIC, is seeking an Entry Level Reception & Business Administration Officer. This full-time role combines patient-facing reception with behind-the-scenes administration to support clinic and home visit podiatry services. Salary package: $65,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation.

You’ll welcome patients, handle bookings, support invoicing, and help grow referrals and business operations. Graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Experience in administration, reception, customer service or business support is advantageous but not essential.
Business development experience or interest is valued, but not essential.
A degree in business, management or related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
Medical or allied health administration experience with PracSuite would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer calls and respond to email enquiries promptly and accurately.
Book, confirm and reschedule appointments across clinic and home visit services.
Process payments and maintain accurate patient information.
Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate referrals and paperwork.
Support diary management and coordination of service schedules.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient experience.
