Job summary

Equitifund Limited in Parramatta invites an experienced licensed Real Estate Agent to lead sales for new residential projects across Parramatta and Castle Hill, and to stock properties for home buyers and investors nationwide.

You will staff display units on Saturdays, run a lead-to-settlement pipeline, and enjoy a good base salary plus commission. A weekday off in exchange for Saturday work is provided.

• Proven experience in residential, project or investor sales.
• Self-motivated, competitive and confident.
• Strong communicator with good follow-through.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Based in our Parramatta office, you'll sell our current projects in Parramatta and Castle Hill, and stock across Australia for home buyers and investors. You will staff our display units on Saturdays, with a day off during the week in return.

About you

We offer in-house finance with our mortgage team supporting buyers from enquiry through to settlement.
