Precision Imaging Partners on the Central Coast is seeking a personable Radiology Receptionist to join our busy Erina clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and contribute to a welcoming, efficient front desk operation.

In this supportive team environment, you will handle bookings, patient records, and general admin while collaborating with clinicians and referrers. Experience with medical terminology is helpful, and Karisma software is advantageous, but not essential.

As our clinic continues to evolve, including the recent addition of a new MRI system and expanded development opportunities for our imaging team, we're looking for a motivated Radiology Receptionist who enjoys working within a supportive environment and is keen to continue developing their skills.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical setting. You'll work alongside an experienced team and benefit from their consistency and stability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.
• Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.
