Job summary

Precise Radiology in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for a full-time role at our private radiology clinic (Carnegie, Melbourne VIC / Keysborough 3173). You will be the first point of contact for patients and support the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating with radiographers and doctors, handling referrals, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

About Precise Radiology

Precise Radiology is a modern, privately owned diagnostic imaging clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, including:

As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Medical Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient has a positive experience while helping our clinical team provide efficient, high-quality care.

You'll work closely with radiographers, sonographers, radiologists, referring doctors and other healthcare professionals in a busy, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

However, if you're the right person with the right attitude, we are happy to provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Many of our patients speak English as a second language, so the ability to speak another language is highly regarded.
