Job summary

Rouse Hill Radiology Group in Sydney seeks a detail‑oriented receptionist to join our busy patient‑facing team. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle calls, and support radiologists and radiographers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a radiology or healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Reception and scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule (MBS) advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Reception, welcoming and processing patients.
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
• Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties.
• Managing telephone enquiries.
• Supporting the Radiologists.
• Working with Radiographers/Sonographers & Radiologists.
• Fast, accurate medical typing.

Rouse Hill Radiology provides a complete network of imaging services and specialist care. Rouse Hill Radiology is run by medical imaging experts and is ideally positioned to provide specialist services and outstanding care to the local community.

Our site is growing and increased patient demand, we have x2 positions available.

About the role:

As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable experience an advantage.

This role will require:

• Reception, welcoming and processing patients
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
• Managing telephoneenquiries
• Supporting the Radiologists
• Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists
• Fast accurate medical typing
