Job summary

Specialist Radiology Central Coast is seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our busy clinic in Gosford. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments and coordinate information with referrers and allied health professionals.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking and a professional presentation. We offer flexible hours within full-time employment and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• High standards of personal presentation.

• Reception, welcoming and processing patients.

• Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties.

Specialist Radiologist Central Coast provides a complete network of imaging services and specialist care. Our new clinic is run by medical imaging experts and is ideally positioned to provide specialist services and outstanding care to the local community.

About the role:

As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable experience an advantage.

This role will require:

• Reception, welcoming and processing patients
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
• Managing telephoneenquiries
• Supporting the Radiologists
• Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists
