Job summary

Baulkham Hills Radiology is seeking a hands-on Lead Reception and Office Operations Lead to oversee the reception team and daily workflows in our Baulkham Hills practice.

You will supervise colleagues, manage bookings, billing, and office processes, and contribute ideas to improve patient experience as we grow. A calm, practical leadership style and radiology experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or administration is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Radiology sector experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Medicare, private billing and imaging bookings.
• Familiarity with medical practice software facilitates daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reception staffing, rosters and daily priorities.
• Welcome patients, handle bookings and enquiries.
• Train, support and supervise reception/administration staff.
• Oversee billing accuracy, payments and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinicians to improve operations.
