Job summary

The Radiology Clinic on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead our reception and administration team across the Maroochydore and Forest Glen sites. You will oversee rostering, billing oversight, onboarding and staff development, and be hands-on on the reception desk when needed to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team leader or administration management role.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on patient experience.
• Excellent people skills and ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the reception and administration team across both sites.
• Rostering, leave management and workforce planning.
• Billing oversight and Medicare compliance.
• Onboarding and training new staff.
• Managing patient experience and complaints.
• Maintaining and improving administration systems and workflows.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager.
