Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging/Radiography with current registration or immediate eligibility.
• Proven track record in diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
• Ability to mentor junior radiography staff and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with modern imaging equipment and PACS/RIS software.
• Understanding radiation safety principles, QC, and clinical governance.
• Strong communication and teamwork with patients and clinicians.
• Salary commensurate with experience (45.00–55.00 AUD/hr) negotiable.
• Supportive work culture with high clinical standards and exposure to multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise X-ray, CT, BMD, and ultrasound procedures.
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with senior radiologists and referring clinicians to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Conduct routine equipment QC, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed imaging records and documentation within RIS/PACS.
