Job summary

Emergency Management Victoria (EMV), within the Department of Justice and Community Safety, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager, Radio, to lead the technical and operational aspects of the State's radio systems. You will ensure reliable communications for Public Safety Organisations and oversee service provider performance against SLAs.

Reporting to the EMT&D division, you will review contracts, approve technical deliverables, and collaborate with contract management teams to address issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical experience in the operation of radio technologies.
• Experience working with service providers and reviewing deliverables.
• Awareness of system integration with CAD and mission-critical systems.
• Experience delivering service management, focusing on incident and change management.
