Qualifications

Extensive Program/Project Management experience in large, complex enterprises.
Hands-on experience delivering large-scale technology projects through full life cycle.
Sound knowledge of information communication and warning platforms.
Experience in agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive workplace culture and practices that delivers on the vision of EM T&D.
Lead, manage and oversee the multiple Work Packages associated with a replacement information and warning capability.
Develop the program structure end-to-end including governance, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement within the project delivery framework.
