Job summary

Maintenance Matters, a family-owned business in South Australia, is seeking a Quoting & Client Services Coordinator to own the final stage of the quoting process and be the main client contact. You will work with estimators, tradespeople, schedulers and managers to ensure quotes are accurate, complete and delivered on time.

You will review quotes, follow up missing information, and assist clients with questions while supporting the wider team to keep priorities moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and quality-checking quotes before issuance.
• Track quoting deadlines and follow up missing information.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding quotes, scopes, pricing and job details.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians and managers to progress quotes.
• Build positive client relationships through responsive communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Support quote bookings and follow ups as required.
