Job summary

Power Parameters Pty Ltd seeks a Technical Customer Service Assistant to support customer-facing and internal operations by responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and payments, and maintaining customer records.

You will work with our sales, engineering and service teams, learning a technical product range and helping keep orders moving from quote to delivery.

Qualifications

• Two years in customer service, sales support or order processing.
• You are accurate under pressure and you follow things through.
• You can learn a technical product range; prior product knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately in our ERP.
• Chase suppliers and freight to keep customers updated.
• Keep customer records clean and up-to-date.
• Assist with marketing activities as needed.
