Qualifications

• Entry-level role focused on outbound communication and quote preparation.
• Great communication, both phone and email, to engage real estate agents and property managers.
• Willingness to learn with quick acquisition of new software and portals.
• No prior HubSpot experience required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach (Warm & Cold): Call and email real estate agents and property managers to identify needs and set up meetings.
• Portal Monitoring & Quoting: Monitor online job portals, assess requirements, prepare and issue quotes.
• HubSpot CRM Management: Track calls, emails, prospects, and quote statuses (training provided).
• Client Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term relationships with agencies.
