• Register new jobs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Schedule appointments for the Estimating Team.
• Liaise with clients throughout all stages of the insurance repair process.
• Triage incoming work orders and coordinate initial site inspections and make-safe works.
• Engage and coordinate specialist trades to complete reports and assessments.
• Prepare and issue repair contracts for approved repair works.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

In this role, you will support clients, trades, insurers, and internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the insurance repair and construction process. Key responsibilities
