Veritas Recruitment in Brisbane seeks a seasoned Queensland Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for commercial construction products and services. • Proven track record in sales and business development in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland construction market.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and develop existing relationships.
• Established links with commercial builders, contractors and industry stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Queensland's commercial construction market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial builders, developers, contractors, architects and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop existing customer accounts, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and pursue opportunities from design and tender through to contract award.
• Promote a diverse range of architectural building products and specialist installation services.
• Manage sales pipelines, tender opportunities and quotation follow-ups.
• Utilise EstimateOne and other industry platforms to identify and track potential projects.
• Work closely with estimating and operational teams to ensure competitive and timely submissions.
• Achieve agreed sales revenue, gross margin and new business targets.
• Monitor market activity, competitor movements and emerging business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reporting to senior management.
