You will identify opportunities across commercial fitout, refurbishment and new build projects, and expand the Queensland presence by building strong client relationships with developers, managers, consultants and property groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development or client relationship roles in Commercial Construction.
• Established Brisbane construction and property market network.
• Strong understanding of commercial fitout, refurbishment and new build projects.
• Ability to convert leads into secured projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous and proactive with commercial awareness of tendering.
• Experience with head contractors is valued.
• Passion for growth and corporate development.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new opportunities across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, project managers, consultants, architects and property groups.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Brisbane presence.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified project opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships while developing new networks.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction and senior management to pursue projects.
• Attend industry events, client meetings and BD functions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Strengthen the company's position in the Queensland market.
