You will develop territory growth plans, qualify major project opportunities, and position ITW solutions as the preferred choice. This role requires a hands-on, strategic mindset with the ability to manage a growing pipeline and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, engineers, specifiers, distributors and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to deliver sustainable revenue and margin outcomes.
• Identify, qualify and convert major project opportunities across Queensland with focus on the South-East.
• Drive product specifications and position ITW solutions as the preferred choice.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and market intelligence.
• Collaborate across business functions to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
