Ready Industries, home to 1300TempFence, 1300SiteCam, 1300Hoarding and SiteHQ, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Queensland.

Based in Parkinson, QLD, you will manage an existing portfolio and actively secure new opportunities in construction, infrastructure and site services, developing long-term partnerships and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience building new business while managing existing accounts is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across Queensland.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure and site services.
• Promote SiteHQ products and services to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery; prepare quotations and tenders.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline activity.
