Job summary

SunRice Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to safeguard and elevate the quality and food safety standards behind our trusted brands. You’ll work across milling, flour, packing and rice cakes operations on the factory floor, connecting quality, food safety and operations to drive real improvements.

Reporting to the Quality team, you’ll investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions and support national and export customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment.
• Passionate about food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Skilled at investigating issues and identifying root causes.
• Comfortable working on the factory floor with production teams.
• Strong communication across operators to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and food safety systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Protect and enhance quality and food safety standards behind the SunRice brands.
• Link quality, food safety and operations across milling, flour, packing and rice cakes.
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints; drive improvements.
• Support national and export customers by resolving product quality issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions with operations and cross-functional teams.
