Qualifications

• Trade qualification in commercial cookery or higher.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and in a large team.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
