Job summary

Redlands RSL in Cleveland on the Bayside is seeking a qualified and passionate CHEF/COOK to join our busy kitchen team. This full-time, salaried role offers the chance to work in a premier hospitality venue delivering high-quality dishes to our members and guests.

You will bring a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher, at least two years of experience, and the ability to work under pressure, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in commercial cookery (Certificate III or higher).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and ability to produce high-quality, consistent food.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with ability to work independently and in a large kitchen team.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
