Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Passion for quality food, creativity and hospitality.
• High standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
• Assisting with daily kitchen operations and smooth service flow
• Supporting menu development, specials and seasonal offerings
• Maintaining excellent food presentation and attention to detail
• Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff

We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.
