Job summary

Moama Junction is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. We offer a 4 day working week, above award wages and a state-of-the-art kitchen in a great team environment. You will create beautiful shared plates with seasonal and local produce, and enjoy no split shifts.

This is a rare opportunity to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting, with a menu showcasing the region’s finest produce. We look forward to hearing from you!

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery.
• Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency.
