Job summary

Junction Moama is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team, crafting beautiful shared plates with an emphasis on seasonal and local produce. We open Thursday through Sunday and offer a rare opportunity in a region-renowned setting.

You will perform all food preparation and cooking duties, work nights and weekends, and maintain high kitchen hygiene while thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery.
• Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency.
• Dedication and passion in your role.
