Job summary

Mountain Ridge Wines is seeking a Chef or Cook to join our team in a casual capacity, delivering consistently high-quality dishes in a beautiful setting. You will support senior chefs, handle food preparation and plating, and help maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment.

The role requires reliability, teamwork and a strong eye for detail, with weekend shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as part of a hospitality roster. Prior experience in quality dining is ideal.

Qualifications

  • Recognised Chef trade qualification or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a quality restaurant environment.
  • Passion for food, hospitality and culinary excellence.
  • Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.

Mountain Ridge Wines are seeking a Chef or Cook to help consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our customers.

Work closely with our team to ensure consistency and quality, assist with stock rotation and inventory management and maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

We are seeking casuals to work shifts on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays.

Key responsibilities
