Flick Anticimex in Sydney's Homebush West is seeking an organised, proactive Purchasing Officer / Scheduler to join our NSW Hygiene team. This busy role focuses on purchase orders, stock requirements and coordinating technician schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, administration, coordination, purchasing or a similar operational support role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Coordinating and preparing efficient daily work schedules for our technicians.
• Managing bookings and keeping scheduling systems accurate and up to date.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve purchasing and scheduling issues.
