Hospeco is seeking a capable Part-Time Purchasing Officer based at our Wetherill Park office in Sydney. You will coordinate purchasing with local and overseas suppliers, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely stock flow.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication with suppliers, and comfort with spreadsheets. ERP experience is advantageous and flexibility for a part-time schedule is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, inventory or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Clear, confident communication with suppliers and colleagues.
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and business systems; ERP experience is an advantage.
• A practical, positive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

A growing Australian wholesaler of washroom, hygiene and cleaning products. We’re looking for a capable, organized Part-Time Purchasing Officer to help ensure our customers and warehouse teams have the stock they need, when they need it.

Based at our Wetherill Park office, you’ll work closely with our suppliers, warehouse and sales teams to keep purchasing on track and inventory flowing smoothly.

What you’ll do
