Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in South Windsor is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team and provide essential support to our finance and operations groups. You will help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and contribute to delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

You will handle invoices, month-end tasks, supplier inquiries, and purchase orders across locations, using JDE, Coupa and MS Office (Excel emphasis).

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and reconcile at end of month
• Respond promptly to internal and external supplier enquiries via email
• Action email requisitions for services, consumables, disposals and transport
• Act as a key liaison between our finance & operations teams
• Manage recurring purchase orders for multiple locations
• Review and action supplier invoices
• Ensure month-end processes are performed
