Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Business acumen and commercials awareness.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with deadline reporting.
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to analyse information and resolve problems promptly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly and efficiently respond to new vehicle orders to ensure processing is fulfilled with accurate timely responses.
  • Update all vehicle delivery movements to ensure processing tasks are actioned within agreed timeframes.
  • Coordinate asset delivery in line with vehicle orders and client requirements.
  • Arrange payment to supplier (settlement) with accurate documentation per SG Fleet requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to support achievement of department objectives.
  • Perform administrative activities supporting overall team efficiency and targets.

Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating the ordering, procurement, and delivery of passenger and commercial vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are delivered within agreed service standards and timeframes. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and NSW Government clients to provide a high-quality customer experience, ensuring client requirements are consistently met or exceeded throughout the vehicle delivery process.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Business acumen and commercials awareness
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
  • Effective communicator both verbally in writing, including good listening and probing skills
  • Critically analyses information and resolves problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • High attention to detail
Job Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly and efficiently respond to new vehicle orders to ensure that the processing of their order is fulfilled, and they have received accurate and timely responses to the inquiry
  • Update all vehicle delivery movements to ensure that vehicle processing tasks are accurately actioned within agreed timeframes
  • Proactively coordinate asset delivery in accordance with vehicle order and client requirements
  • Arrange payment to supplier (settlement) ensuring information and documentation provided to and received from suppliers and customers (internal and external) is accurate and in accordance with the SG Fleet requirements
  • Actively participate as a member of the team to work towards achieving the team’s objectives. Foster positive relationships within other internal departments of our business.
  • Perform administrative activities supporting the overall team efficiency and its ability to achieve targets
