SG Fleet is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage ordering, procurement and delivery of passenger and commercial vehicles in NSW, ensuring service standards and timelines are met. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and NSW Government clients to deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the vehicle delivery process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication; good listening.
• Analytical thinker capable of resolving issues promptly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Respond to new vehicle orders promptly to ensure accurate, timely responses.
• Update vehicle delivery movements to meet agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate asset delivery according to orders and client requirements.
• Arrange supplier payments with accurate documentation per SG Fleet requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve team objectives.
• Support the team with administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
