Job summary

SG Fleet is seeking a Team Coordinator, Corporate Purchasing to lead the Purchasing team responsible for vehicle and accessory purchases for SG Fleet clients. You will drive 100% KPI/SLA compliance while efficiently managing suppliers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle purchasing lifecycle, ensuring KPI, SLA, and policy compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maintain high performance.
  • Allocate and monitor team workloads, proactively addressing risks and operational issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the dealer network to support business growth and client commitments.
  • Resolve customer, supplier, and stakeholder queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee delivery pipelines and ensure purchasing data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and minimise risk.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.
