Job summary

Fenner Conveyors, part of the Michelin Group, seeks a Pulley Refurbishment Coordinator based at Somersby, NSW, with regular travel to client sites. You will drive proactive refurbishment services, coordinate national activities, and support account management while liaising with engineering, drafting and estimating teams.

You will act as a technical advisor, ensure refurbished assets are installed and commissioned to peak efficiency, and lead projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting and/or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a customer or product support role in underground coal conveyor or heavy bulk materials handling.
• Ability to coordinate workloads and manage technical projects.
• Leadership in operational management and engineering/technical issue resolution.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Unlimited work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of pulley and conveyor equipment.
• Account Management: Maximise customer retention and satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• National Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate workshop and field activities with cross-functional national team.
• Business Growth: Identify capital and aftermarket sales opportunities and future product needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with external clients and internal teams across the national network.
• Travel: Occasional travel and site work to engage with clients and interstate teams.
