Fenner Conveyors is seeking a Pulley Refurbishment Coordinator based at our Somersby facility, with national coordination and occasional travel. You will act as a technical advisor, overseeing refurbishment, installation and commissioning of high-value materials handling assets.

Ideal candidates have mechanical trade or engineering qualifications, strong client interaction skills, and a track record in coordinating technical projects across a national team.

Formación

• Trade qualification in mechanical fitting and/or engineering.
• Experience in customer or product support roles preferred.
• Ability to coordinate workloads and manage technical projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of pulley and conveyor equipment.
• Drive account management and customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate workshop and field activities with national cross-functional teams.
• Identify capital and aftermarket sales opportunities and product development needs.
• Engage with external clients and internal teams across the national network.
