Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director, Public Sector for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You will own and grow TRM's presence across public sector agencies, including Law Enforcement, NatSec, Defence, and Financial Regulation.

This is an end-to-end new business role with multi-time-zone coordination and a focus on blockchain intelligence and AI adoption. You will prospect, demo, run trials, and close opportunities while developing partnerships across federal and state agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Public Sector SaaS sales with quota targets.
• Strong network with senior officers across Australian and New Zealand public sector.
• Solid grounding in crypto/digital assets and AI, plus AML/KYC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for ANZ public sector accounts.
• Develop and nurture partnerships across federal and state agencies to expand TRM's footprint.
• Drive account growth post-close through renewals, upsells, and referrals, feeding customer feedback back to TRM.
• Build deep product and vertical expertise to guide customers from demos through advisory sessions.
